We want your experience at The Reset Studio to be seamless, inspiring, and stress-free from the moment you book to the final shot. This FAQ page covers everything you need to know about renting the studio.

How do I book The Reset Studio?

You can book directly through our online calendar. Once you select your preferred date and time and submit your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Is there a minimum booking time?

Yes. Our minimum rental is 1 hour. We also offer discounted rates for multi-hour bookings and full-day sessions.

Can I tour the studio before booking?

Absolutely. We offer in-person walk-throughs by appointment via our online calendar. Virtual walk-throughs are available upon request. Please email us at hello@resetcreativestudio.com to schedule a virtual tour.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed and is subject to availability.

How do I get into the studio?

A staff member will be on-site to greet you and assist with any questions. Please come to the front door when you arrive.

Is there parking available?

Yes! Free parking is available around the building. There’s a lot in front and a garage in the back.

Can I bring my own gear?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own gear. We also offer lighting equipment and other essentials as part of your rental. To see a complete list of the gear and backdrops available, click here.

Can I rearrange furniture or sets?

Light rearranging is permitted, but everything must be returned to its original placement before your session ends.

What is included with my rental?

All rentals include access to our styled sets, lighting equipment, and backdrops. There is an onsite bathroom and vanity dressing room with essential beauty supplies, full-length mirror, steamer, hair dryer, clothing rack, and a hospitality station with snacks and drinks.

Are there restrooms onsite?

Yes, there is a clean and private restroom available to all guests.

Do I need insurance to rent the studio?

We recommend that renters carry liability insurance, but if you do not have coverage, you’ll be asked to sign a waiver as part of your booking process.

Can I use fog machines or smoke effects?

Due to safety and ventilation concerns, fog machines and similar equipment are not permitted in the studio at this time.

How many people can I bring?

You can bring a total of 8 people to your session. If you plan to have more than 8 people total in your group (including your clients/models), please let us know at least a week in advance of your session.

Can I play music during my session?

Yes! You're welcome to play music at a respectful volume to enhance your session experience. There is a bluetooth speaker available for you to use.

Are pets allowed?

We allow pets on a case-by-case basis for photo shoots. Please email us in advance to get approval.
